Create gaussian_naive_bayes.py (#1861)

* Create Gaussian_Naive_Bayes.py

Added Gaussian Naive Bayes algorithm in the module machine learning

* Rename Gaussian_Naive_Bayes.py to gaussian_naive_bayes.py

* requirements.txt: pip install xgboost
